HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
- Send us an e-mail with your return request to [email protected] Enter the following information in your return request:
- Order number
- Product (s)
- Reason for return
- We will send you a PostNL Label so that you can return your order free of charge.
- Pack the item neatly and firmly (if possible in the original shipping box) and add the return form below to the package.
- Stick the address label on the box so that the address of you is no longer visible.
- Hand over the package to a PostNL service point or other parcel service and request a shipping receipt.
- As soon as we have received and processed the package, you will be informed by e-mail and sums already paid will be refunded to you soon and at the latest within 14 days.
The item must be returned unused (including price tag / label and any accompanying accessories) and in its original condition and packaging – if reasonably possible.
Please note: returns that are lost or damaged during shipment or due to improper packaging cannot be processed.

Do you want to return the entire order? Items already received must be returned to the return address below. Huykman and Duyvestein will refund the entire purchase price, including any calculated shipping costs.
WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
- The trial period is 14 days after receipt of the order.
- The article is complete with wrapping paper of the shoe and shoe tensioners, unworn (passes may of course) and undamaged.
- Add the return form to the shipment and fill it in completely (without this form we cannot process the shipment!).
- Items that are more than 50% discounted cannot be returned.
